How do I book a session?
- Contact us by using the contact form.
- A 50% non refundable deposit with contract signing is required to secure your photo session.
Can I reschedule my Photo session?
- Yes, you can. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
How will I receive my photos?
- Photos from portrait session will be delivered via e-mail download. The file will be available both in .jpeg and .tiff format. Event photos will also be available in .jpeg and .tiff format, and will be delivered in a USB stick.
When will I receive my photos?
- Photos will be delivered within 3 weeks.
What size photos can a .jpeg file print?
- Up to 16x20 inches
What size photos can a .tiff file print?
- Poster or canvas.
How do I download my photos?
- The photo files are usually large and therefore need to be compressed. The photos are saved in a compressed .zip file which makes it easier and faster to download. Most computers come up with software pre-installed to easily open .zip files in one of the following two ways:
- Double-click the .zip file image to automatically open the file and see its contents, or
- Right-click the .zip file, Select "Open With", Choose the pre-installed program to open the file.
If your computer does not come with software pre-installed to easily open a .zip file, you’ll need to download a free software online.

Do you offer print packages?
- At this time we do not not offer printed photos. We recommend Adoramapix for high quality and affordable prints in the New York City area.
